The place is amazing and broad, the food was delicious and the prices were very inexpensive. rapidly, productive service and very welcoming waiters. Recommended.

they have amazing chicken finger and cheese fries and that's where i get all my snacks from so i hope u guys go there

We like a lot eating out. Last night we came to this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We had a beautiful time there with fine cooking and an experienced crew and a professional chef. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we will certainly go again very soon. Highly recommended.

Awesome pizza. Love their bottle cream soda when it isn't out of stock! Only sad they don't deliver to us, we are less than 10 minutes away in Cheltenham.

Awful customer service. Ordered pizza at 8:45. Got there at 9:05 and they were closed. Not enough service to wait for a customer to pick up their pizza. They deserve to lose the sale

Ordered a 2 pizza special on a Saturday night. Both pizzas were burnt--one worse than the other. Didn't realize it until I got the pies home and we all started eating them.But I'm an understanding person, so I called the next day and spoke with the owner.I explained my displeasure and asked if he'd be willing to replace 1 of the 2 pizzas.He was non-committal and said I must return the pieces I had left. Since I had them in the freezer, I said I would when I got the chance.Long story short--I put the leftover slices back in the box and returned them to him directly.He said there was nothing wrong with them. When I showed him the burnt bottoms, he said that's the way they make their pizza.I told him he could keep the lousy slices.Moral of the story--if you like burnt pizza, buy a Frank's pizza pie.And if you don't--buy elsewhere.

I called for delivery, paid for my food with my debt card and they NEVER delivered me my food ! And had the nerves not to pick up the phone smfh

I visit this special restaurant often as I like the good air that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is highly welcoming and qualified. The service is extremely quick. Not to mention, the food you eat is outstanding. I frequent often and I was always satisfied. The expense is decent. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

Terrible food. This stuff was so basic & bland. Pizza was dry & stale like cheese. The chicken on the chicken cheesesteak was terrible. Prices match the quality, cheap & not worth it. Go somewhere else if you’re hungry.

Absolutely delightful place to dine, wonderful food, cheerful service, and some amazing delivery. I recommend this place to pretty much everyone, unless you’re not a fan of delectable cuisine 🤪. I also heard they have a cute dishwasher 👀😊.

Don’t order the special, it’s a scam! Ordered the 2 for $20 special, asked for two of the 3 cheese white pizzas. They said it would cost extra for the extra cheese which I said was fine. They then delivered one 3 cheese pizza and one plain pizza. When I called to complain, they said they had wrote my order down wrong and would deliver the correct pizza. A different guy showed up, the one who apparently took my order, to defend himself and say that he didn’t miswrite it and that I asked for a plain(which I didn’t). He then said it would cost another $4 (although I already paid extra for the extra cheese) because I somehow broke the 2 pizzas for $20 deal. In the end I paid $30 something for what was supposed to be a $20 meal. Scam!!

Initially, the food was very good. However, my husband and I both got food poisoning. I called the restaurant to let them know. The shift manager didn't even care. I asked for the owner to call me. But we never received a call. It's good to know they care about their customers and how their food effects our health. Don't order food from here.

This place simply knows how to please their clients. Always with a welcoming approach. The food is conveniently priced, always delicious and clean.

The employees at this establishment were rude, unprofessional and provided poor service. They were not interested in my dissatisfaction with their service nor did the make any attempt to please the customer. Very disappointing.

Have been getting dinner from Franks since we moved into the area about 3 years ago. Neighbor suggested we try it, and we were not sorry. All the meals we've had, have been great. I always pick it up, because they often say there is not delivery. Prices are pretty good as well.

Crappy food. Crappy service. I'm using another word in my head. If you're in the neighborhood Luigi's and New Venice are definitely better.

I used to live near Frank's and eat from here every week and get a slice after school. This was the best pizza in town... haven't been back since the army but my family says its still the best

Frank’s has the best employees, giving quality and speedy service. Not only is their customer service great, but their pizza is delicious! The fresh slices never leave me unsatisfied and is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. 100% would recommend

This is the closest pizza place to me, so I often choose to order from them when friends are around or when I just want something quick to eat. Ive never had a bad experience with the girls who work the cashier but some of the cooks are quite rude. The other problem I have with them is the fact that they often close very early which is annoying because you expect to be able to order from them when they are listed as open, and then are dissapointed when you call and can get no answer. I can't even count the nunber of sales they lost from me or my boyfriend because they closed early. Please change your hours or stay open until your menu and website specify.

They often close over an hour early, a few cashiers are often very polite however most of the staff is quite rude.

The people that work here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I forgot to tip the driver and he spit on my lawn, while continuing to yell curse words out his window while driving off. If there were a 0 stars, I would give it to the whole establishment. What makes this place even worse is that they have no respect for any costumer what’s so ever! I often walk by and see the driver smoking outside the establishment looking like a bum! It’s not cute nor is it a reflection of how horrible the business is as a whole. Food wise, the food is good but the costumer service is what’s going to make me never go there again. Don’t waste your time on this pizza place. It should go out of business.
